March Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join a growing regional law firm in the UK. You will handle a varied portfolio for local businesses, developers, landlords and high-net-worth investors, with autonomy and strong support for career progression.

You’ll manage acquisitions, leases and development matters, and advise on secured lending. The role offers a collaborative team environment and real opportunities to grow the practice.

Competenze

• 3–5 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across leases and property transactions.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

• Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals from instruction through to completion.

Our client is seeking an ambitious and technically strong Commercial Property Solicitor with 3‑5 years’ PQE to join their established and growing team. Key responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, renewals, assignments, licences and break clauses.
• Assisting with development matters, including conditional contracts, option agreements and planning‑related issues.
• Advising on secured lending, property finance and refinancing transactions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local agents and other professional contacts.
• Contributing to business development initiatives, networking and the continued growth of the firm's commercial property practice.
