• 3-5 years' PQE required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law and drafting/negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Managing freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals from instruction through to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, renewals, assignments, licences and break clauses.
• Assisting with development matters, including conditional contracts, option agreements and planning-related issues.
• Advising on secured lending, property finance and refinancing transactions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, local agents and other professionals.
• Contributing to business development and growth of the firm’s commercial property practice.
