This full-time Commercial Property Solicitor role in Surrey suits a lawyer with one to four years' post-qualification experience. Joining eNL, the successful candidate manages a varied caseload for developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions, delivering clear, pragmatic advice. Duties include drafting, reviewing and negotiating property and transactional documentation, plus supporting colleagues and other departments when needed. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and effective communication skills are essential.
