Job summary

NPA Recruit is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor in Weybridge, Surrey. The role offers 2-3 days in the office per week and a competitive salary DOE, with a focus on commercial property transactions.

You will handle sales, leases, developments, due diligence, and document drafting while advising on landlord and tenant matters. A valid practising certificate and 3+ years PQE are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 3 years PQE within Commercial Property.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with commercial property transactions including sales, leases and developments.
• Perform due diligence on properties, reviewing titles, planning permissions and environmental reports.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents for property transactions.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease renewals and rent adjustments.
• Resolve disputes involving boundaries, contracts, and leases.
• Work closely with clients, solicitors and other professionals on property transactions.
• Stay updated on property law changes to provide informed advice.
• Manage a varied caseload with precision and efficiency.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws and legal requirements.
