A highly regarded Top 200 regional firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its established team in Redhill, Surrey.

The Opportunity

You will join a well-established Commercial Property team and gain exposure to a broad range of transactional work, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
• Property investment work
• Development and redevelopment
• Portfolio management
• Property finance and related transactions

You will work directly with established clients and have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters, while working alongside more senior lawyers on complex transactions.

The role is particularly well suited to someone who wants to progress beyond simply handling transactions and develop their commercial judgement, client relationships and long-term career within a successful regional practice.
