Responsibilities include:

1. Managing purchase, sale, and development of commercial properties, including investment opportunities, development projects, and asset management.
2. Handling landlord and tenant matters, providing strategic advice, overseeing secured lending and property finance, managing acquisitions and disposals, and representing banks and developers.
