Salary:Up to £70,000 (DOE)

About the Role
A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing real estate team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career within a firm that values autonomy, quality work, and progression.

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial premises.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Development and investment property work.
• Secured lending and property finance.
• Advising a diverse client base including SMEs, developers, investors, and institutions.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
• Have a strong technical grounding in commercial real estate law.
• Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
• Be motivated to contribute to business development and the team’s long-term growth.
