Qualifications

The Candidate

• Be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Have strong experience across a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Have experience dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, commercial leases, refinancing and landlord and tenant matters.
• Have excellent technical knowledge and strong commercial awareness.
• Have excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Be confident managing their own caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
• Have an established client following or strong existing client relationships.
• Have proven business development and networking experience.
• Be ambitious and keen to continue developing your career.
