• Acting as a trusted adviser to individuals, investors, developers and SMEs.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
• Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout the matters.
• Using the Case Management System to progress matters.

Commercial Property Solicitor — Position Overview:

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload with genuine client interaction
• Act as a trusted adviser to a broad client base of individuals, investors, developers and SMEs
• Contribute to business development, client relationship management and firm growth
• Full-time, hybrid role based in the firm's South West London office

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinancing and development work
• Acting as a trusted adviser to individuals, investors, developers and SMEs

• Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
• Using the firm's Case Management System to progress matters

Requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload
• An ability to deal with residential development work would be helpful
• IT skills to operate a Case Management System
• A commercially minded individual who enjoys client interaction, business development and leadership
• Excellent client care and communication skills
