Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Cheltenham office in Gloucestershire. The role involves handling a broad range of high-quality matters for a varied client base and contributing to business development.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property, strong technical knowledge, excellent client relationships and the ability to manage a personal caseload with autonomy.

Competenze

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience across freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Experience in sales/purchases, leases, refinancing and landlord/tenant matters.
• Excellent technical knowledge and client communication skills.
• Proven business development and networking experience.
• Ambitious and collaborative with a drive to develop your career.
