Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Exeter, GBP 67,500+ (DOE): We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join a leading law firm in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile, complex transactions while leading the continued growth and success of the practice. JOB REF: 9188.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead on high-value commercial property transactions and complex legal matters.
2. Manage and develop client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance.
3. Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
4. Play an active role in business development and practice growth, leveraging your existing network and expertise.
5. Ensure all legal advice and work comply with current legislation and best practices.

Skills Required

1. A strong track record in commercial property law, ideally with experience in handling complex, high-value matters.
2. Experience in leading and managing client relationships with both local and national clients.
3. Strong business development skills, with a passion for growing the practice and contributing to strategic direction.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
