The Thrive Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in the region. You will manage a varied caseload for commercial and private clients, handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development work while delivering excellent client service.

You'll be a qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE, with a proven track record in commercial property and a collaborative approach.

What you will you be doing :

• You'll handle a varied caseload for both commercial and private clients including:
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Property development work
• Building lasting relationships with clients and delivering a consistently high standard of service

What you will need to succeed :

• A qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
• Proven track record in Commercial Property
• A genuine passion for the work and a commitment to excellent client service
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the wider success of the firm
