Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 years') – Edinburgh

A leading Real Estate team is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 years') to join its Edinburgh office. This opportunity offers high-quality work with a focus on advising public sector clients, alongside involvement in broader commercial property matters.

The role will involve:

• Acting as advisor to public sector clients on estate management, leasing and conveyancing matters
• Negotiating and implementing contractual documents for development sites and projects
• Reviewing, analysing and reporting on titles with a commercial and pragmatic approach
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Real Estate team on significant property projects
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and stakeholders
• Participating in business development activities to support the team’s growth

You will demonstrate:

• 1-3 years’ PQE in real estate/commercial property
• A strong interest in the property industry and its key drivers
• Enthusiasm, adaptability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent attention to detail while maintaining commercial perspective
• Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with clients
