This full-time Commercial Property Professional Support Lawyer position in Norfolk suits a solicitor with five or more years' post-qualification experience who wishes to step away from fee-earning. Joining a Legal 500 practice, the post-holder works alongside Partners and fee earners to sustain and grow the group's technical knowledge. Duties cover tracking legislative and regulatory changes, maintaining precedents, drafting legal updates, and delivering internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions. The successful candidate also advises on complex commercial property matters. Strong drafting, research and communication abilities are essential, together with a collaborative approach. Working closely with Partners and fee earners, the successful Commercial Property PSL will play a key role in maintaining and developing the team's technical knowledge and resources.

Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 5 years' PQE and a strong technical understanding of commercial real estate. The firm is keen to hear from both established PSLs seeking a new challenge and fee-earning Solicitors who are interested in moving into a professional support role for the first time. Previous PSL experience is not required, and full training and support will be provided to those making the transition. The ideal candidate will enjoy the technical and advisory aspects of Commercial Property, have excellent research and communication skills, and be confident sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
