Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is recruiting a Commercial Property Lawyer (PSL) in Manchester. This Professional Support Lawyer role focuses on delivering technical guidance to Partners and fee earners and developing knowledge resources within the Commercial Property team.

You will monitor regulatory developments, prepare legal updates and contribute to training, while sharing best practice and supporting colleagues across the department.

Qualifications

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE or equivalent
• Strong technical understanding of commercial real estate
• Excellent research and communication skills

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER (PSL ROLE), 5+ PQE, MANCHESTER - Ready to take your Commercial Property career in a different direction?

A leading Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its established team in Manchester in a Professional Support Lawyer role.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to move away from traditional fee-earning, with previous PSL experience not essential.

The Role

• Provide technical support and guidance to Partners and fee earners across the Commercial Property team.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their practical impact.
• Develop and maintain precedents, know-how and technical resources.
• Prepare legal updates and contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

The Candidate

You will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE and a strong technical understanding of commercial real estate.

You will have excellent research and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. Applications are welcomed from established PSLs as well as experienced fee earners looking to make the move into a professional support role for the first time.
