Job summary

eNL Legal seeks a Commercial Property PSL to join its Cambridge team. The role focuses on the technical side of Commercial Property, providing knowledge support rather than traditional fee-earning targets.

Previous PSL experience is welcome but not essential. You will work with Partners and fee earners to share expertise, prepare guidance and updates, and help colleagues stay ahead in commercial property law while enjoying a flexible, knowledge-driven role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep the team up to date with key legal and regulatory developments.
• Prepare and maintain technical guidance, precedents and know-how materials.
• Produce legal updates and deliver training and presentations.
• Monitor developments in Commercial Property law and assess impact on clients.
• Support lawyers with technical and complex legal queries.
• Contribute to development and sharing of the firm's legal knowledge.
• Work closely with Partners and fee earners to identify areas where additional technical support would be beneficial.

A leading Legal 500 rated law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property PSL to join its established Commercial Property team in Cambridge.

Previous PSL experience is not essential. The firm is open to hearing from experienced Commercial Property lawyers looking to make their first move into a PSL role, as well as existing Commercial Property PSLs who are looking for a new opportunity.

OVERVIEW

• Working alongside Partners and lawyers across the firm, you will play an important role in supporting the Commercial Property team.
• The role will involve:
  • Keeping the team up to date with key legal and regulatory developments
  • Preparing and maintaining technical guidance, precedents and know-how materials
  • Producing legal updates and delivering training and presentations
  • Monitoring developments in Commercial Property law and assessing their impact on the firm's clients
  • Supporting lawyers with technical and complex legal queries
  • Contributing to the development and sharing of the firm's legal knowledge
  • Working closely with Partners and fee earners to identify areas where additional technical support would be beneficial
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical and knowledge-sharing side of Commercial Property and would like to use their expertise in a different way.
• For an experienced fee earner, this could be an ideal opportunity to move away from the pressures of billing and fee-earning while continuing to utilise your Commercial Property expertise.
• The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with strong technical knowledge and a solid background in commercial real estate.
• PSL experience is preferred but not essential. The firm is open to candidates at different stages of their career.
