Job Description:

I have partnered with a boutique Property Management firm in central London to help them in their search for a Commercial Property Manager to work on their growing portfolio.

They are currently managing a portfolio for a Private overseas Investor. You will be managing this portfolio which is valued at 500 million pounds and consists of high-end Central London Offices and Retail properties.

They are looking for someone who is preferably chartered and wants to make the move into client-side Property Management.

There is currently a team of 2 Property Managers, 2 accounts, 1 Facilities Manager, and 1 Asset Manager.

The successful candidate will work within the Property Management team but will also have exposure to Asset Management.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include setting service charge budgets, liaising with tenants, collecting rents, and ensuring the upkeep of the Properties.

Requirements include:

· Property Management experience

· Central London offices exposure.

· Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.

· An ability to adapt and learn quickly.

· Well-presented and strong communication skills

A salary of up to £65,000 is on offer plus a Bonus.

This role is fit for a Commercial Property Manager.
