This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer who is looking to take on more responsibility working within a rapidly growing commercial property department. You will undertake a high quality workload and there is a very good support network in place which is why this firm boasts an impressive employee retention rate.

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will handle a diverse range of commercial property matters and one of the key elements of this role is the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. You should be adept at engaging with existing clients and, equally important, have the drive and skills to attract new clients through proactive business development.

Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of commercial property matters to include:

1. Acquisition and disposals
2. Commercial leases
3. Business lease renewals
4. Estate development

Requirements

1. You will be an experienced and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor
2. A problem solver and comfortable communicating issues
3. You will be technically able and commercially minded
4. Superb organisational skills and able to multi-task
