Client Side: Private Property Company

Role: Commercial Property Asset Manager - Office & Retail Assets (60% Property Management, 40% Asset Management)

Location: London, Marylebone

Madison Berkeley has exclusively partnered with a boutique and discreet private Prop Co, representing a handful of HNWI clients who collectively hold approximately £200m of central London commercial real estate. This is a new opportunity to join as a commercial property asset manager overseeing several major office buildings across London. Responsibilities include managing external FM contracts, leading day-to-day management, and engaging in asset management duties such as leasing, development, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse commercial portfolio, primarily Central London offices.
• Overseeing lease compliance, rent and service charge collection, and tenant relations.
• Managing service charge budgets and coordinating with managing agents and consultants.
• Involvement in refurbishments, fit-outs, and maintenance planning.
• Conducting site visits, inspections, and coordinating contractors.
• Supporting asset management initiatives, including refurb strategies, lettings, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Contributing to strategic planning around portfolio performance and potential disposals, with one asset expected to be marketed later this year.
