Job Summary

Macdonald & Company have partnered exclusively with a large national wholesaler who has an extensive estate throughout the UK.

They are looking to recruit an exceptional Asset & Estates Manager to cover a portfolio that stretches from the Northern Home Counties up to North Yorkshire. This is a true value-add role involving active and effective asset management of the property portfolio.

You will be responsible for negotiations and liaising with landlords, managing agents, tenants, solicitors, surveyors, and third parties. You will act as the main point of contact between the portfolio's landlords, manage leases, licenses for alterations, and ensure lease compliance. You will also handle the disposal of surplus properties and support the management of a nationwide property portfolio of approximately 4+ million sq ft, including rent payments (around £15m per annum), service charges, and business rates.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of post-qualified experience, preferably with client-side experience. A full UK driver's license and willingness to travel regularly are essential.

Salary and package are flexible for the right candidate, likely circa £50,000-£65,000 plus car and bonus.
