Are you a surveyor looking to take the next step into client-side retail asset management? Scoop is a highly regarded specialist Shopping Centre Asset Manager looking to recruit a new member to the team.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in retail agency, investment or client-side retail asset management.Membership of the RICS is preferred but not essential.

The position is office-based and located in London.Regular travel should be expected.

The role will see you:

• Work on a diverse shopping centre portfolio across the UK.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of business plans to drive asset performance and value.
• Working closely with agents to develop and deliver leasing strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and foster a wide range of customer relationships, particularly with retailers, local stakeholders and core advisors.
• Maintain financial models requiring a solid understanding of MS Excel.
• Prepare quarterly asset management reports.
• Degree educated, with a minimum of two years’ relevant industry experience.
• A background in commercial asset or property management or leasing with a good understanding of the retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication skills adept at using MS Word and ideally PowerPoint.
• Strong numeracy and proficient in the use of MS Excel.
• Adaptable team player with the ability to operate autonomously when required.
• A valid full driving licence.
