Client Side: Private Property Company

Role: Commercial Property Asset Manager - Office & Retail Assets (60% Property Management, 40% Asset Management)

Location: London, Marylebone

Madison Berkeley has exclusively partnered with a boutique private property company representing a select group of HNWIs holding approximately £200m of central London commercial real estate. This is a new opportunity to join the business as a Commercial Property Asset Manager overseeing several major office buildings across London. You will manage external FM contracts, lead daily management, and be involved in asset management activities including leasing, development, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse commercial portfolio, primarily Central London offices
• Oversee lease compliance, rent and service charge collection, tenant relations
• Manage service charge budgets and coordinate with managing agents and consultants
• Participate in refurbishments, fit-outs, and maintenance planning
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and coordinate contractors
• Support asset management initiatives such as refurb strategies, lettings, acquisitions, and disposals
• Contribute to strategic planning for portfolio performance and potential disposals, including assets targeted for marketing later this year

This role offers a great opportunity for someone with a strong property management background to expand into client-side asset management within a small but active company.
