BSS, part of Travis Perkins plc, is seeking a Programme Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team. You will bridge central commercial functions with branch operations, drive commercial initiatives, and lead change across a matrix of teams.

The role focuses on delivering major programmes, standardising processes, and realising benefits while coordinating incentives and marketing plans across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering complex programmes across matrix structures.
• Experience in commercial/retail/distribution environments.
• Recognised project management qualification or equivalent.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Programme Delivery: manage Commercial Excellence projects on time and on budget.
• Matrix & Cross-Functional Alignment: connect central functions with IT, Supply Chain and regional ops.
• Commercial to Operational Translation: translate goals into actionable workflows.
• Change Management & Adoption: drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Process Standardisation: document SOPs for consistency.
• Benefit Realisation & Tracking: track financial benefits and cost reductions.
• Incentive & Marketing Coordination: oversee incentive schemes and campaigns.
• Governance & SLT Reporting: maintain dashboards and provide updates to SLT.
