Job summary

Comxps Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a senior procurement professional to design and deliver complex, high-value procurements within a regulated public-sector context for a Government Client.

London (Kings Cross or Waterloo) or York, 3 days a week, BPSS clearance, contract length 11 months, salary to be confirmed on application. The role requires leading a large portfolio and coordinating a diverse team across locations.

Essential:

• Experience of designing and delivering complex and high value procurements under in a regulated environment (PCR, UCR, PA23), DfT or relevant public-sector investment processes
• Experience of leading a large portfolio or programme of post-contract commercial activity and knowledge of applicable public sector and industry assurance, governance and controls.
• Experience of delivering complex industry change, including understanding of the needs and motivations of a diverse set of stakeholders
• Experience leading and managing a large and diverse team
