Job summary

BSS LSE Region, part of Travis Perkins plc, seeks an energetic Programme Manager to bridge central commercial teams with branch operations. You will drive major commercial initiatives, ensure milestones stay on track, and lead change across multi-site operations.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, you will translate strategic goals into practical workflows, manage supplier boosts, and deliver measurable benefits while maintaining day-to-day trading continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes in a matrix organisation.
• Experience in commercial, trading or retail/distribution settings.
• Recognised project management qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end programme delivery across central commercial functions, IT, Supply Chain and branches.
• Align cross-functional teams and secure buy-in from Senior stakeholders.
• Translate commercial goals into actionable operational processes and SOPs.
• Design and execute change management plans to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Document governance, milestones and dashboards for SLT reporting.
