BSS, part of Travis Perkins plc, is seeking a Programme Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team and act as the operational bridge across central commercial functions, supply chain, IT and our national branch and sales networks.

The role focuses on driving sales, margin growth, operational efficiencies and customer retention, with a hybrid working pattern at Magna Park, Lutterworth, and occasional days in Coventry. Full UK driving licence is required for site interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes in matrix organisations.
• Experience in commercial, trading, or retail/distribution environment.
• PM qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong multi-site operations and change management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Programme Delivery across Commercial Excellence projects.
• Align matrix stakeholders across central functions, IT, Supply Chain and branches.
• Translate commercial goals into practical operational workflows.
• Design and execute change management plans for adoption.
• Document SOPs to standardise processes.
• Define and report programme financial benefits and cost reductions.
• Coordinate incentives and marketing plan rollout.
• Maintain governance, milestones and leadership dashboards.
