Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager in Reading, Berkshire, with hybrid working. You will lead the end-to-end commercial processes, tools and their digital integration, driving efficiency and user adoption across the lifecycle.

The role requires proven experience in procurement/commercial functions, process design, master data governance and strong stakeholder management, with a focus on policy alignment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in process design and implementation.
• Experience developing systems requirements and driving improvements.
• Knowledge of data management and governance policies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape within their scope.
• Drives user adoption and provides training.
• Ensures continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Governs master data across systems and aligns data models with requirements.
• Collaborates with IS to digitally enable commercial processes.
• Works with policy teams to update changes in regulations.
