Job summary
AWE plc seeks a Senior Commercial Process and Tools Manager to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of commercial processes, tools and their digital integration within a Reading-based area. You will ensure governance, data integrity and alignment with government and industry standards, while enabling efficient end-to-end operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in Procurement / Commercial function and process design.
- Experience delivering systems improvement and data governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Own an area of the Commercial process, tools and technology landscape.
- Synchronise end-to-end activity to ensure no gaps and joined-up scope.
- Drive Commercial user adoption and provide training within scope.
- Govern master data across systems and ensure data models are robust.
- Collaborate with IS to enable digital commercial processes and systems.
