Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Commercial Process Manager in the UK (Duxford) to lead the governance of customer proposals, contracts, and LTAs. You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams across EMEA and globally to drive efficient, compliant processes and multi-million-dollar agreements.

The role requires strong financial acumen, KPI development, and experience with reporting tools, preferably Power BI.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex commercial processes in manufacturing/engineering or regulated environments.
Strong financial acumen including pricing, cost structures, margins, and performance metrics.
Experience designing KPIs, dashboards and reporting for governance.
Fluent in French and English; strong IT systems capability.
Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

Lead development and improvement of commercial validation, approval, and governance processes across EMEA/AP.
Manage customer proposals, contract approvals and LTAs workflows with compliance and visibility.
Develop tools and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Monitor opportunities throughout their lifecycle with accurate reporting and stakeholder visibility.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive teams to enable robust commercial approvals.
Oversee contract renewals and new business opportunities across the region.
Define and report KPIs on process effectiveness, cycle times, and outcomes.
Drive automation and data-driven insights to reduce manual efforts.
Train and influence stakeholders to refine governance standards.
