Job summary

Hexcel is seeking a Commercial Process Manager for our Duxford, UK location. You will lead EMEA/AP efforts to define and continuously improve validation and approval processes, align with company policies, and increase reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

You will train cross-functional teams, manage contract renewals and new opportunities, and deliver timely proposals for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Degree-level education or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Proven experience managing complex, long-term bids and proposals.
Strong process-driven mindset and continuous improvement track record.
Experience developing KPIs and Power BI dashboards to monitor performance.
Commercial contract negotiation experience advantageous but not essential.
Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead EMEA/AP efforts within a global team to define and improve validation and approval processes.
Increase reporting capability and improve efficiency while reducing manual effort.
Develop and trial tools for analysis, tracking, and workflow management of commercial approvals.
Provide robust financial and legal analysis with clear approval workflows to senior leadership.
Train cross-functional teams across EMEA/AP on tools and processes.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of contract renewals and new business opportunities with Sales and Business Development.
