Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations, planning, materials management, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of governance, operational excellence, and multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Experience conducting process audits and compliance reviews.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular supply chain process adherence assessments across European manufacturing sites.
• Audit planning, replenishment, inventory management and master data processes for compliance.
• Drive standardized supply chain processes across the European network.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead corrective and preventive action plans to address gaps.
• Support rollout of new systems, tools, and reporting solutions.
• Facilitate assessments and track improvement plans across sites.
• Deliver training and capability development for planners and supply chain teams.
• Analyze process performance data and maintain adherence metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
