Premier Foods is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to join our Sales team. You will translate brand and category strategies into actionable commercial plans that achieve sales targets, working across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain and Category Management.

You will shape pricing and promotional strategies, lead the monthly planning cycle, and collaborate with teams to ensure innovation is executed brilliantly across our brands.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience, ideally within major multiples sales.
• Good understanding of P&L management.
• Strategic thinking with strong decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Translate brand and category strategies into clear commercial plans that meet sales budget.
• Align Sales and Customer strategies with brand plans and manage the monthly commercial planning cycle.
• Shape pack, price and promotional architecture across channels and formats.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to improve ROI.
• Analyze forecasts, identify issues and propose contingency and gap-closure plans.
• Lead medium-term pack and price architecture strategies across brands.
• Support new product development through P&L planning and promotions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure innovation is executed brilliantly across brands.
