Job summary

Yorkshire Water is hiring a Commercial Performance Lead to drive planning, governance and performance across Commercial Services from our Leeds base. The role focuses on delivering visibility of priorities, risks and delivery progress to support informed decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders, translate data into actionable insight and help optimise cross-functional governance. Hybrid working requires 1-2 days in the Leeds office each week.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting planning, governance or performance management in a complex environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with translating data into insight.
• Experience identifying risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus for decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with multiple priorities management.
• Clear communication and presentation abilities to convey complex info.
