Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Commercial Partnerships Manager for a multi-channel drinks business in East Anglia. The role focuses on identifying and winning new B2B opportunities, and on building partnerships across retail, wholesale, gifting and events.

The position offers a £40,000 base salary with uncapped commission and hybrid working with regular visits to the Norwich head office. WSET training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience within drinks FMCG.
• Proven track record winning accounts and driving revenue across different businesses.
• Experience within retail, off-trade, incentives or gifting would be particularly relevant.
• Tenacious, resilient and commercially hungry.
• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new B2B business opportunities across a broad range of sectors, this could be cash and carry, wholesale or events
• Develop creative and commercially JPBs tailored to specific businesses.
• Build partnerships around areas including retail, customer loyalty programmes, subscriptions, wholesale and gifting.
• Manage the full sales process from initial prospecting through to negotiation and closing
• Deliver long term growth.
