Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking an experienced Interim Commercial Paralegal for a 3-month, office-based role in London/ Cambridge, day rate.

You will review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts and NDAs, support templates, and work with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, 2-3+ years paralegal experience in commercial contracts, exposure to Company Secretarial matters, and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Interim Commercial Paralegal

London/Cambridge | Full-time office based | Initial 3-month interim contract (day rate)

I’m working with a fast-growing organisation operating at the cutting edge of the defence and aerospace technology sector, looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its legal team on an initial 3-month interim basis.

You’ll be:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer/supplier contracts and NDAs
• Supporting the development of legal templates and playbooks
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Helping shape the legal function as the business scales

What we’re looking for:
