Job summary

Forte Legal is seeking a proactive paralegal for an in-house role in London. You will focus on the commercial contract workstream, assisting with drafting, reviewing and managing contracts while contributing to the development of legal playbooks, policies and processes.

You will work closely with colleagues across the business, conduct research on evolving laws and industry standards, and assist with ad hoc corporate tasks.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in a commercial contracts environment.
• Proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts and maintaining documents.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Tech sector exposure is a plus for this in-house role.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Prior paralegal experience, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts
• An understanding of contract review, document management and legal administrative processes
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines
• It is a bonus if you have prior tech sector experience
