Commercial Paralegal – Watford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Paralegal with strong contract and document management experience to join a well-known international business in Watford on an initial 6-month contract basis, with a strong likelihood of extension.

As a Commercial Paralegal you will be responsible for reviewing executed contracts, extracting and coding key information and ensuring documents are accurately recoded and uploaded to the relevant systems.

Your skills and experience should include:

• Previous Commercial Paralegal experience
• Strong contract and document management experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Experience handling high volumes of documentation

The role is full-time, with the firm looking for someone to work 4 days per week in the Watford office and 1 day from home.

The role is inside IR35, with a day rate of £200-£250 per day ( £52,000-£65,000 annual equivalent).

The ideal start date is October, although November availability may also be considered.
