Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking an experienced Interim Commercial Paralegal for a 3-month, office-based role in London/ Cambridge, day rate.

You will review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier contracts and NDAs, support templates, and work with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a law degree, 2-3+ years paralegal experience in commercial contracts, exposure to Company Secretarial matters, and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong supplier/commercial contracts experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer/supplier contracts and NDAs.
• Supporting the development of legal templates and playbooks.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Helping shape the legal function as the business scales.
