Commercial Operations & Performance Coordinator

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are pleased to offer this opportunity within our Commercial Operations team. During this experience, you will gain a solid understanding of how the department supports the commercial operations of our boutiques, both internal and external.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Operations:

  • Provide direct support to the Operations Team’s daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure operational excellence for the boutiques through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist boutiques with ordering and managing consumables, packaging, and uniforms
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
  • Create Purchase Orders and oversee invoicing processes
  • Serve as a key contact for boutique teams and office departments
  • Support and coordinate with HQ on digital project rollouts, including content management on internal platforms
  • Support transversal projects across head office and boutiques
  • Ensure CSR principles are integrated into all activities
  • Assist with performance dashboards for boutique managers in the absence of the Head of Performance

Compliance:

  • Coordinate the Retail Excellence Academy planning
  • Ensure policies are updated and communicated to boutiques in a timely manner

Retail Community:

  • Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in developing and engaging boutique communities (Admins, Boutique Assistants)
  • Organize retail meetings and workshops, documenting minutes and follow-up actions

  • Good understanding of boutique operations and the luxury retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfortable with data analysis and management
  • Effective workload management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional appearance and presence in boutiques
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude
