How will you make an impact?

We are delighted to offer this opportunity within our Commercial Operations team. Throughout this experience, you will gain a good understanding of how the department supports the commercial operations of the boutiques (internal & external).

What will be your mission?
Operations
  • Provide direct support to the Operations Team’s daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure operational excellence for the boutiques through partnership with external and internal partners
  • Support boutiques with the ordering and management of consumables, packaging, and uniforms
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely execution and delivery of services
  • Create purchase orders and follow up on invoicing processes
  • Act as a key point of contact for boutique teams and office departments
  • Support and liaise with HQ on digital project rollouts, including content creation and management across internal communication platforms
  • Support transversal projects across head office and boutiques
  • Ensure CSR principles are integrated into all activities
  • Assist with performance dashboards for boutique managers when the Head of Performance is unavailable
Compliance
  • Manage the Retail Excellence Academy planning
  • Ensure all policies are updated and communicated to boutiques on time
Retail Community
  • Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in developing and animating boutique communities (Admins, Boutique Assistants)
  • Organize retail meetings and workshops, capturing minutes and actions thoroughly

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
