Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

We are delighted to offer this opportunity within our Commercial Operations team. Throughout this experience, you will gain a good understanding of how the department supports the commercial operations of the Boutiques (internal & external).

What will be your mission?

Operations:
  • Provide direct support to the Operations Team’s daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure operational excellence for the Boutiques through partnership with external and internal partners
  • Support Boutiques with the ordering and management of consumables, packaging, and uniforms
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services
  • Create Purchase Orders and follow up on the invoicing process
  • Act as a key point of contact for boutique teams and office departments
  • Support and liaise with HQ on rollout of digital projects, including the creation and management of content across internal communication platforms
  • Support on transversal projects across the head office and in Boutiques
  • Ensure that CSR principles are integrated into all activities
  • Support on the performance dashboards to send to boutique managers when the Head of Performance is away
Compliance:
  • Animate the Retail Excellence Academy planning
  • Make sure all policies are updated on time and communicated to boutiques
Retail Community:
  • Assist the Commercial Operations Manager in developing and animating Boutique communities—Admins, Boutique Assistants
  • Organise retail meetings and workshops, thoroughly capturing minutes and actions
