Commercial Operations & Performance Coordinator

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are excited to offer this opportunity within our Commercial Operations team. This role provides an excellent understanding of how the department supports the commercial operations of our boutiques, both internally and externally.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Operations:

  • Support the Operations Team in daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure operational excellence for boutiques through partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ordering and managing consumables, packaging, and uniforms for boutiques
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
  • Create Purchase Orders and oversee invoicing processes
  • Serve as a key contact point for boutique teams and office departments
  • Support digital project rollouts and content management on internal platforms
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects within the head office and boutiques
  • Integrate CSR principles into all activities
  • Assist with performance dashboards for boutique managers in the absence of the Head of Performance

Compliance:

  • Coordinate the Retail Excellence Academy planning
  • Ensure policies are updated and communicated to boutiques timely

Retail Community:

  • Support the development and engagement of boutique communities (Admins, Assistants)
  • Organize retail meetings and workshops, capturing minutes and follow-up actions

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Understanding of boutique operations and luxury retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Comfort with data analysis and management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional appearance and presence in boutiques
  • Proactive, hands-on approach
