Omega is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead a 10-person Sales Office, delivering quotations, machine configurations and project orders. You will optimize workload planning and continuously improve processes with key stakeholders, shaping commercial operations for a global manufacturing leader.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP), and a proactive approach to engineering project environments, ensuring robust administration practices

• Strong background in a commercial leadership position.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across projects.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and commercial admin functions.
