Job description

• Support and develop processes and systems for business operations teams
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support customer proposals and/or sales/aftermarket activities
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency
• Develop materials for customer events
• Enhance customer experience and operational excellence
• Apply SQDC, Voice of the Customer, Profitability and Cash, and FLIGHT DECK principles
• Coordinate customer requests, including RFQs and purchase orders, with supply chain and engineering teams
• Analyse operational data and develop performance metrics
• Lead process improvement projects
• Prepare customer order books and facilitate client calls
• Contribute to customer operations, supply chain coordination, data management, profitability analysis, cost estimation, process improvement, and executive communications
• Deliver projects supported by the People Leader and team

Requirements

• Currently studying a Business Management, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Law-related Bachelor's or integrated Master's degree
• On course to achieve a 2:1 degree or above
• In penultimate year of study and returning to education after the placement
• Keen interest in Business Operations
• Able to work toward deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work as part of a team
• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance required and must be maintained
• Permanent right to work in the UK required; sponsorship is not available for Early Careers opportunities
