Job Description:

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site per week and 3 days remote.

EPM Scientific is collaborating with a growing global SME pharmaceutical company specializing in advanced clinical stage and commercial medicines.

The role of the Commercial Operations & Distribution Specialist is to ensure timely delivery of hospital and customer orders, accurate invoicing, and adherence to delivery procedures. The specialist will serve as the primary contact for customer queries and represent the business to national and international clients. Additionally, the role involves supporting the team with financial and market access documentation and facilitating smooth operations within the Commercial team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming and outgoing invoices
• Responding to invoicing and payment queries
• Following up on payments according to the company's terms
• Maintaining invoice tracking tools
• Preparing briefs for third-party consultants and senior management
• Processing orders and managing the distribution process
• Supporting inventory and tracking tools maintenance

Qualifications and experience required:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in order processing, invoicing, customer relations, and use of inventory management tools
• Experience in distribution of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or regulated goods within Europe
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent English writing skills
• Fluency in English and preferably one additional European language
