Commercial Operations & Distribution Specialist

Hybrid role - 2 days on site per week, 3 remote.

EPM Scientific is working with an exciting global SME Pharmaceutical company undergoing a growth phase. The company specializes in commercial-stage and advanced clinical-stage specialty medicines.

The role involves ensuring timely delivery of hospital and customer orders, accurate invoicing, and managing delivery procedures. The specialist will be the primary contact for customer queries and represent the business to external national and international clients. Additionally, the role supports the wider Commercial team with financial and market access documentation and operational tasks.

Key tasks:

• Manage flow of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Respond to invoicing and payment queries
• Follow up on payments according to company terms
• Maintain invoice tracking tools
• Support preparation of briefs for third-party consultants and management
• Assist in order processing and distribution operations
• Support inventory and tracking tools maintenance

Key requirements:

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with order processing, invoicing, customer relations, and inventory management tools
• Experience in distribution of goods (preferably pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or regulated products) in Europe
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent English writing skills
• Fluency in English and preferably one additional European language
