Job summary

Arcadis UK is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to deliver efficient procurement services for clients in heavily regulated public sector environments. You will lead tender processes, appoint design consultants and contractors for large capital programmes, and develop sourcing strategies using NEC contracts.

The role requires professional qualifications, MCIPS or progression toward it, and extensive NEC 3/4 contract experience.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in related subject.
• MCIPS status or working towards it.
• Experience with NEC 3/4 contracts.
• Extensive experience delivering public sector procurement within a highly regulated environment.
• Experience in Electrical Transmission/Distribution or Offshore Wind sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement exercises to appoint design consultants and contractors for large capital programmes.
• Formulate sourcing strategies through the full tender process to contract award.
