Qualifications
- 8+ years' commercial, sales support or management experience in HVAC or related sector.
- Proven people management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop internal commercial teams.
