Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing the commercial performance of projects.
• A strong understanding of NEC3/4 and other contract forms.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Team, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Oversee supply chain contracts and agreements.
• Provide cash flow forecasts and manage financial performance.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ), measurements, and valuations.
• Maintain subcontractor accounts and minimise variation costs.
• Support pre-tender reviews and client progress meetings.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
