Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial management across tenders and procurement.
• Ability to review tender contracts and advise on risk.
• Experience with CSP contracts and project financial performance.
• Ability to produce monthly CVR reports and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evangelise deliver commercial protocols and behaviours in the business, directly or via commercial teams.
• Ensure all business and project commercial processes are implemented and administered correctly.
• Ensure all tenders are competitive, commercially viable and compliant.
• Review tender contracts and advise on risk or risky clauses.
• Lead on procurement protocols and supplier/subcontractor contracts.
• Review CSP contracts and monitor financial performance and cost reporting.
• Support, develop and recruit commercial staff and site teams.
• Ensure monthly CVR reports are produced for Directors’ review.
• Ensure projects have compliance, audit, and quality standards.
• Assist in procurement of supply chains for projects and operations.
• Manage supplier applications and payments.
• Resolve disputes and claims.
• Be hands on when required and own projects of any size.
• Apply flexible ethos to work and adopt a hands-on approach.
